Students Rules

Some of the crafts and artworks might be challenging for students because it is an online program. We ask the parents to be part of the program, helping the students produce their works.

If a student is going to be absent, please email aao.program2020@gmail.com as soon as possible to notify the volunteers.

Arriving at the class on time helps reduce class interruptions and distractions allowing both the students and volunteers to be focused. Please be on time.

Students and parents are responsible for preparing their own materials for recreation, art, and culinary art. Please look ahead on our "schedule" page and prepare the needed materials in advance.

If a student regularly violates these rules, he/she will be removed from the program after emailing them individually.
We are continuously updating our website and our Instagram page. For the pictures, we ask for your permission to take pictures together that will be uploaded.
We want to have a meeting with the students before they start to talk about the class and give general information. We will be emailing the parents individually after the students sign up.
If the photograph release is not checked, the student's picture will be blurred from the group pictures taken during the class.
